Prevention of Food Adulteration Act (XXXVII of 1954), sections 7 (1) and 16 (1) (a)(i) — Offences under when made out — Mere storage of adulterated article is not offence — Article stored in godown intended for export and not for sale — The fact that suck an article is adulterated cannot be punished under the Act as they are not for sale — Storage and export of tea governed by Tea Act, 1953 and hence Prevention of Food Adulteration Act has no application.
