(B) Prevention of Food Adulteration Act (XXXVII of 1954) sections 2 (xxii-a) and 2 (1-a) (m) — Ice cream if a primary food.

(C) Prevention of Food Adulteration Act (XXXVII of 1954), section 10 (7) — Employee of hotel if an interested witness — Person connected with a trade in articles of food if an independent witness.
